Fun times for the Carnival Parade.
I actually love drawing Oliver. Stylistically, I'd say him and Rudy are two of my preferred characters to draw (Beetle aside). So much so that looking back on it now, they both closely resemble two other OCs of mine from another story I have lined up...
which reminds me. A character page would be nice, right?
